Free shipping within the contiguous United States. The supplier estimates delivery in 7 to 15 days. Inside delivery, assembly and packaging removal are not included. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is not available.
Inspect every carton before signing. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt, photograph the damage and the packaging, and contact support@resevvor.com promptly so we can resolve it with the manufacturer or carrier. Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.
Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and the sauna must be unused, unassembled and in its original packaging. Contact support@resevvor.com for authorization before sending anything back. Return freight and a manufacturer restocking fee may apply; both will be confirmed before the return is authorized.
