Buena Vista 1-2 Person Hemlock Infrared Sauna with 4 Carbon Heaters

A compact FAR infrared sauna for one or two people, sized for a spare corner of a bedroom, bathroom, basement or home gym. Four low-EMF carbon heaters surround the bench with even warmth, and the slim footprint keeps it out of the way.

The cabin is built from Canadian hemlock, with a bronze-tinted tempered glass door and LED control panels inside and outside. An integrated sound system with AUX input lets you play your own music while you unwind.

Assembly

Arrives partially assembled with buckle-together panels. Plan on two people and about an hour, with a screwdriver and a step ladder.

Delivery

Free freight delivery within the contiguous United States. This sauna ships on a pallet by freight carrier, and the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery is curbside: inside delivery, assembly and packaging removal are not included. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is not available.

On delivery day

Inspect every carton before signing. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt, photograph the damage and the packaging, and contact support@resevvor.com promptly so we can resolve it with the manufacturer or carrier. Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.

Returns

Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and the sauna must be unused, unassembled and in its original packaging. Contact support@resevvor.com for authorization before sending anything back. Return freight and a manufacturer restocking fee may apply; both will be confirmed before the return is authorized.

Warranty

HeatWave limited warranty: 7 years on the wood structure and 5 years on heating elements and electronics, with 1 year on the radio. Outdoor installation voids the warranty. Contact support@resevvor.com for help with a claim.
